... The omeoprazole has diminished the acid in his stomach, the inflammation of the esophagus and that is probably why he feels better. Hi rainbows rock , Two of my Dr. friends I traveled with to Ecuador told me that it was highly unlikely my reflux was bile related because when a gallbladder is removed, the bile duct from the liver empties bile into the intestines instead . ... Can't say I have any advice really, but can commiserate. My night acid/bile reflux is always worse when I have sinus issues at the same time. Maybe the acid/bile doesn't get into the sinuses but it sure can get stuck in the PND One memorable night when half asleep the acid/bile came into my mouth and I must have inhaled it into my lungs as I couldn't breathe and had a sort...
