... Thanks for replying! Interesting that eggs and blueberries give you reflux. For me, bananas give it to me bad, and they are supposed to help reflux. ... You really have to use trial and error to figure out what foods cause heartburn. Many people can eat bananas and apples, but those arei diosyncratic foods which can cause more heartburn. Foods high in fats or fried are some of the worst for heartburn. ... (9 replies)
