Acid reflux becomes 10x worse if you had panic attack, when that happen try to control your breath and lie down, inhale through nose use your diarhgam hold count to 3 and exhale through your mouth slowly, do it for 3-5 min. ... That vertigo is awful too! Have had it for entire days. Learned it's caused by some kind of build up in your ears. Like calcium crystals? Something like that. I take meds and go to bed usually waking up fine but there are simple exercise (movements rather) that will eliminate the vertigo. Going to try them next time around if it starts.
