... Your diet sounds pretty much OK. Not so sure about the peanut-butter tho. I'm sure I read somewhere peanuts are not good for A.R. Yes it does sound like A.R although other things can cause similar symptoms. I get burping/gas with my Hiatal-Hernia. All this started during the '08 - '09 school year when he ate an entire box of those peanut butter crackers that got recalled because of e-coli. Nancy, Peanut butter does it to me as well, and I love it, so I still eat it:) I've been through all the PPIs now and I'm on the last one, which is Prevacid and it seems to help, but I still have breakthrough heartburn all day. ... Thanks for replying! Interesting that eggs and blueberries give you reflux. For me, bananas give it to me bad, and they are supposed to help reflux. Also, peanut butter and tuna fish are really bad for me. But, it seems that everything gives me reflux. I haven't ever tried to go gluten or dairy free. ... (11 replies)
