... Tongue-coating is not unusual with LPR/reflux. It could be the acid/stomach contents getting up to your mouth or at least the gasses reacting with it. I have coating almost all the time, all over my tongue. It's white mostly. Used to be I only had it mostly on the back. Now it's all over. (6 replies)
