... I would say both: It improved my reflux, but it worsened my gastritis. I'm not sure what that's worth.

Riquelmy, very encouraging. I have also been taking digestive enzymes (3x/day) and probiotics. But the ACV seems to take away all of my nasty esophagitis/gastritis symptoms.
