... Apple cider vinegar can be helpful for acid reflux, but it is not appropriate for cases such as yours where the membrane of the digestive tract is probably sore, if not raw. You are wise to avoid alcohol and spicy foods. Of course go to your doctor, but do keep in mind that they usually deny things are caused by side effects of other drugs.
