Taking medications is a factor but when I don't take any then it appears to be some foods that cause the already irritation to get worse. ... Macaroni and cheese. Chicken and rice, cooked vegetables, yogurt, scrambled eggs, saltine crackers, everything in small volumes, cottage cheese, applesauce, (think nursing home food).
