... Dear Froodie, I suggest that you not make any change cold-turkey, regardless what you choose to do. The studies are factual, but if you want to make a change first learn how to build the beneficial and necessary healthy bacteria that is missing in the gut. Weaning off a drug like that should be done slowly after we begin eating healthily. But, it is your own choice.... (2 replies)
