... You can make your own alkaline water quite cheaply. Google Alkaline water Flask. There are many brands but all the same really. Cost about £25 and will make a flask of pH 8.0 in 2 hours. They say it quicker but I got a lab to test it and the longer the better to get to the level to denature Pepsin. In the US they can buy it easily one brand is Evamoor as used by Dr Jamie...
