... Your diet sounds good. My gallbladder was removed 12 years ago, and apparently this does lead to bile reflux (which I did not learn until a couple of months ago!!). I take Pepcid and Carafate before each meal and at bedtime. I take DGL before each meal, and Gaviscon about 20 minutes after each meal, and maybe at bedtime, too.
