You sound as if you are taking all the right products for your symptoms.
I have always found milk and honey soothing for a sore thro**. I would particularly recommend Manuka Honey as it has an Antibiotic culture and would help you if there was any infection in your thro**.
If you have Acid Reflux symptoms it may be th** a PPI would be more appropri**e.
