... Have you tried Manuka Honey it really can help, even ordinary honey in a cup of warm milk will soothe it. I get a sore and dry throat in the morning when I wake as I breathe through my mouth during sleep. I read somewhere that gargling with Glyserene and honey is good, Solofelix. (3 replies)
... Hi, You sound as if you are taking all the right products for your symptoms. I have always found milk and honey soothing for a sore thro**. I would particularly recommend Manuka Honey as it has an Antibiotic culture and would help you if there was any infection in your thro**.
