... If you're taking anything for the sinuses (minus antibiotics), definitely buffer them with food. Guaifenisen, Sudafed, Benadryl, heck all of it set my stomach on fire. The only thing I remember helping me was eating chicken soup prior to the meds and then plenty of water. Have you raised the head of your bed?
