... I have the same thing minus the cough. I suspect the abdominal rumbling is from the nuts. I agree you should see an internist and then a GI doc. In the meantime try over the counter Tums, Zantac or Prilosec. The later will take a few days for full effect so don't stop. ... (4 replies)
