... Yep, derms are expensive. The best kind of derm will be one who is prepared to give you quick solutions that you can actually see, such as cortizone shots and a prescription for some good topical cream. If they want to start you on antibiotics and stuff forget it. I've been to 3 derms in my time. ... (4 replies)
