... The same thing happened to me on accutane. I had pretty bad dry eyes and it irritated my contacts even more (not sure if you have contacts or anything). My eyes felt tender and I definitely felt like I had an eyelash stuck in there too. I just used eyedrops twice a day and stuck it out.
