... most accutane users just get the usual dry lips/skin side effect, and maybe a rash or nosebleed here and there. though it is a good idea to be careful about the more serious side effects, theyre really not as common as others make them sound. in fact, theyre kinda rare. make sure to buy a good lip balm (aquaphor) and a good moisturizer (cetaphil) beforehand.
