First of all it does temporarily make your skin look better because it will shrink your sebaceous glands for a short time. however uvb and uva rays affect the immune system, it can actually supress the immune... That "mist" spray booth really works, there is no damage to your skin (you will get sun damage if you lie out in the sun or use a tanning bed -- and since you are trying to be extra careful here and plan in advance, I'm sure you can appreciate the potential disasterous effects that you may have).
