... you can go much lower than .5mg, get a razorblade and slice off little pieces of sub over the next month and this will help you much more.the .5mg is a very large dose to come off of and the success rate at .5mg is less than 10%make it to soberiety,its to much to jump from.go back on the .5mg and taper down to nothing but mouse turd crumbs of sub and you will make it.good...
