... You could be me posting, except for the name! I'm from Louisiana also, and I have a small adenoma on my adrenal gland, AND my heart rate and b/p also go up when I stand! And that is why I stay home most of the time, and have to sit in my living room. I can't shop anymore or go do anything in the heat(even sitting!) as my hr and b/p go up and I feel lightheaded.
