Thank you Chris and I will check into the book...I guess I dont have any adrenline problems. i guess Im going to have to realize im just having anxiety and thyroid problems.Out of your list of symptoms above I only have the low sugar, fatigue, strange heart rates and on occation an headache and all that can be thyroid related as well...Guess Im just searching out for answers...
