... My understanding is that Adrenal fatique may or may not turn into Addisons. Evidently you can go decades feeling tired with the Adrenal fatigue. So it is best to do what you can to get better. ... Thanks annemv, I know what you mean about the fatigue. I try to explain to people that I'm tired all the time. Most people don't understand. They say to get more sleep, that I'm probably depressed, etc. When you say your Dr. gave you something like mine did and it didn't work, did you mean Mil Adregen?
