... I would guess that losing 35 pounds had a lot to do with it. Years ago my mother used to say that when she gained weight, she gained it on her stomach first. And when she tried to lose weight, she would lose it from her face first. So the effect was to look older, at least in her opinion. ... negot, I have been told by certified sports trainers and by a certified massage therapist (both of whom have studied human anatomy) that there are no exercises that will tighten up that loose skin -- because it's just hanging skin, not muscle. Why did I ask them? Because I wanted to know exactly what you're asking! :( Sigh. I just accept what I see in the mirror, because... (5 replies)

Men know what we are up to and see through it....and just want comfortable happy people in THEIR old age too...or younger women and we dont fit that bill in some respects.
