... Nasonex is a good spray. It takes a good week or 2 for the nosespray to become fully effective. It helps if you use a saline nosespray first and blow yur nose before using the Nasonex. It will help the nasonex get to the nasal tissue rather than sit on top of mucus. ... (10 replies)
