... I know what you mean about wanting quick results! :) It can take a few days to really notice a difference though, so it is definitely worth it to stick with it! Maybe make a goal of a week so it doesn't seem so daunting. My daughter showed no benefits until we were 4 days into the food trial. In fact, the day after we started it she felt awful!
