... seem to get really sleepy after eating wheat. could this suggest i have some sort of intolerence to it. sometimes get stoach probs and the runs but more the fatigue. any ideas? ... (7 replies)

I'm noticing that I sometimes get very sleepy and mentally foggy after I eat wheat products (pancakes, muffins, pasta, etc.), but not wheat-based cereal with milk.
