Many people who have Lyme were first diagnosed with other illnesses such as ALS, MS, CFS, and Fibromyalgia. Do you have Lyme or ALS? My hands seem strong and have no problem typing and don't experience any cramping other than some pains in my wrist, fingers and forearm.
