... ttle twitching. Right seems to be a little worse. Fingers on right hand tend to be a little sluggish intermittently. Then there is my right leg. I think there is atrophy in my right buttocks and quadriceps. Can't tell entirely. Some cramping in buttocks and and calf intermittently. NO problems with right foot. ... (0 replies)
... Cramer - you need to relax. You mentioned your age and life is just beginning for you. I have PLS - and has disabled me within the last 4 years. I'm always positive and I feel wonderful. It's all about how you handle things. I suggest that you find a different doctor and get a second option. If a new doctor tells you that you don't have ALS - then get on with life and... (5 replies)

... I haven't been diagnosed. My initial Neuro specialist had "strong suspicion of motor neuron disease" for me. I went to an als specialist at Columbia university in NYC and was basically blown off. I believe because my symptoms weren't exaggerated enough for him. Yet he couldn't tell me if I did or didn't have it. ... (2 replies)
