... Twitching in ALS doesn't come and go. It is constant and usually comes later in the disease meaning it typically isn't the first symptom. You would have loss of muscle and function in your foot first. I wouldn't worry about ALS. That being said, I would follow up with your doctor. They may refer you to a neurologist. ... (1 replies)
