... I don't think freezing yogurt would not bother the probiotics. Most yogurts brands come in plain that is unsweetened and most taste sorta tart -- sorta like buttermilk. The best brand that I like and use is Stonyfield Farm--it has 4 added cultures strains. It is also organic and is not as tart tasting as many others. ... I know i've been on kiddi flora that is chewable and does not require refrigeration. It isn't as strong though. I got it from my chiropractor. I open the capsules (ultra flora by metagenics) and put it on my dogs food too. Check out your local healthfood store. Mine has a entire section of probiotics. I just did a search on chewable or liquid probiotics. There are tons... (10 replies)
... Well, I've only read that the wheatgrass is supposed to be juiced first then freeze dried before they put it in capsules. I think it's for better digestion because the actual grass can't be absorbed properly by humans, only the juice. ... (13 replies)
