... Karon, my dh was first diagnosed with Alzheimers, and he was on Aricept and Namendan--once it was determined that he has Frontemporal dementia, Mayo Clinic took him off both drugs. Said they could actually harm him. So my limited knowledge is that it is only for Alzheimers (13 replies)

If you find the charts from the original studies you will see a slight change in the decline for the first few months and then it follows the decline of those on the placebo. It makes no claim to cure or improve cognition... it only claims to "slow the decline". ... (3 replies)
