... do end up with the worst of the worst because of the more intense care level.... when in fact there are many more in AL that would benefit from the smaller units and more intense care level. Mom and Dad were the most cognitively aware when they arrived at the locked unit... but both were very much a risk for wandering. ... (9 replies)
