... Transderm patch is for nausea and there are a number of medications you can not use with it including Trazodon which is a good medication for mild agitation. One of the drugs you are not supposed to use with the transderm patch is Lorazapam! It is in the same class of drugs with Xanax, Ativan, and Valium. When she was in the ER a week ago they did all the test and all came back fine except the ct scan showed the vascular dementia we knew about. This is when they said vertigo. ... Hi All I honestly did not fall off the face of the earth. Its been a rough couple weeks. As some of you know we took mom off Aricept and Numenda as it was keeping her stuck in an angry state.
