I am frustrated after dealing with anemia for 5 years. At first it was supplements for 6 months, then another 6. Then another year after I lost a lot of blood during a miscarriage and then started the folate and b12 deficiency. My doctor has diagnosed me with pernicious anemia and many times I've said I am going gluten free to see what happens. I have had a blood test and seen an alergist, but nobody found a gluten intolerance, meanwhile I have many symptoms of being celiac so I am going to go gluten free if it's the last thing I do.

I've had symptoms such as:

painful tongue/mouth
blisters/sores in mouth/tongue/around vagina
chronic fatigue
dizzy spells
foggy head
anxiety/panic attacks
aches in my legs
chronic acne/rosacea
easily lose weight and can't gain
stomach and digestive issues
allergies to practically everything
contact dermatitis and eczema

I know going gf won't cure everything, but I clearly don't absorb from food properly and my doctor won't even test my intrinsic factor. I'm at a loss.

Has anyone had a major improvement of symptoms by cutting out gluten?
