Mine dropped from a 10 to a 7 over night and no there was not any major blood loss or tramatic event. I have to take iron pills everyday and if I miss one I can definitely feel the effects. ... ... All the symptoms you listed were associated with hypoglycemia. Some people do not have any physical sensations with anemia and some of course do. A doctor would have to order a Complete Blood Count to find out if you were anemic since those symptoms overlap hypoglycemia. ... (1 replies)

Any one of those foods you listed that you ate will send your blood sugar soaring and then it will rapidly drop over a 2 hour time causing the symptoms you were describing.
