... Unfortunately, you can not tell. If it bothers you at night, then go to the ER at night and let them put the EKG on you at night. There is a high percentage of people who have heart attacks at night or in the hours between midnight and 6 am. That is why the 3rd shift is referred to as the grave yard shift.
