... I don't know much about immunoglobin but I can tell you that your cravings are normal with anemia. They are called picas. Most of the time anemics crave non-food items such as ice. Hopefully someone can chime in here and inform you with your other questions. I have been coming to these forums for a while and that is a new one to me! (2 replies)
