... Tylenol is acetaminophen with a benedryl type medication in it to make you relaxed. That is a type of drug that could cause you ears to ring. As far as how long the symptoms last the transfusion should have put the blood back into the system and raised your oxygen levels right then, as far as the iron is concerned, that is something the doctors will have to test to see how...
