... sawittwice--It's not too hard if you don't mind needles. You may need to practice. I used to practice on an orange when I had to give my dh IM injections. You may want another person to do this for you too as an alternative option. It's not hard to learn to give your own shots. Your doctor or pharmacist should be able to advise you. Good luck.
