... I had that very same thing when withdrawing from Ativan, a benzo. I've read that withdrawal symptoms like that can happen while still on meds too, they are called tolerance withdrawals. Also, SSRi's have such side effects. Too much caffeine could cause it. So I'd look at what you are taking in. At any rate, they usually go away so don't worry. (3 replies)
