... ve overcome completely or mostly.I think all the advice you were given is great.I have had anxiety disorder for many years now but I have way more good days then bad now.I still get symptoms sometimes or have an actual attack but I usualy can just blow it off with some positive thinking,ignoring,and going about my business. ...
