... congunctive behavioral therapy is a program that you can go through with a specialist that teaches you to think differently. I just ordered this book of Amazon and it is called From Panic to Power, I highly reccommend it!!! It is making me feel better about my anxiety. I have yet to rid myself of all the symptoms though. ... (9 replies)
