As you probably know(but I'll explain for anyone else reading this)the spinal cord comes down through the back part of the vertebrae....disks are in the front but the backside of the disk is snug up against the spinal canal. ... Yes, I have taken the Omega 3, and I still do. I have Osteoarthrosis and Fibromyalgia. At one time my sed rate was a 57 and I had so much pain from the inflammation.
