It seems there are very few posters on this board with reactive arthritis/reiters syndrome, but if anyone has experience with relapses I'd really like their opinion as to typical duration and severity. I was basically laid-up in pain January - March 2008 and then began recovering through April to the point of almost being symptom/pain free, but then began relapsing at the end... (0 replies)

... hi to all! i have been on lyrica, flexerill, salsalate, and prozac. i have fibromyalgia, ddd, dengerative spine, and joint disease..already had 2 knees and 1 hip replaced...i take percosett as needed for pain. a month worth of percs are only around $6.00. i have put on 15 lbs since i started this new regiment..lyrica does say may gain weight..have you noticed weight gain... ... The only meds I've ever found that helped my arthritis pains were Bextra and prednisone. Of course Bextra was taken off the market and I cant take prednisone all the time for this. ... (5 replies)

... it. After 2 years of tests, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and 3 herneated discs in my neck. I was put on Welbutrin, which helped with the mental issues and Lyrica for pain....Davocet was prescribed for difficult days. Hope this helps. ... (4 replies)

Roving joint pain

... it sounds like reactive arthritis due to the quick onset and moving nature of the joint pain but you would have had to have some sort of trigger infection such as lower GI, urinary, strep throat or something for about 4 or less weeks prior to the onset of pain...did you have anything like that? Eitherway you need some better help with your pain, go see another doc. You need... (5 replies)
