Tell you about something I was told when taking ayurvedic treatment. I was told not to take any 'acidic' foods. This means tomatoes, lime, ....things that are sour in taste which has the 'acid' component...vinegar, pineapple, included. Sometimes even oranges can be sour and green apples / grapes.
