... and was told I have chondromalacia in both knees. I have tried different pain relief pills and so far nothing has helped. I have been doing exercises for 5 months and no relief. I even tried wearing braces. When I talk to my Dr next week I am going to tellhim to schedule me for surgery, I have had enough. ... (4 replies)
... months. I have found that aquatic exercise and PT exercises work best to maintain muscle tone. Long walking is a problem for me, as well as standing for long periods of time. ... oks like one or the other are swollen... I went to the doctor the other day and he said it is chondromalacia..softening of the cartilege. and wants me to do some exercises for it. I am not happy with what he said. I told him I thought it was rheumatoid arthritis.. He was adamant that it was not. ... (6 replies)
