Thanks for all the helpful information you gave me, sounds like you really know what your talking about, I went to see a Orthapedic Dr he said my knees are awful for my age 34 he did say no bike riding, and walking is not even great, he dd say pool arobics and swimming is the best, but I dont have a pool! ... ... Bike riding is a bad idea if you have knee problems, it only adds to the stress of the joint and will cause further irritation if you do in fact hav a spur. ... (6 replies)

... try taking glucosamine sulfate w/ condroitin and or MSM. you can get it from a healthfood store or even at a drugstore near you. i'ts an inexpensive natural supplement. try it for acouple weeks but if your pain persist i would seek a rheumatologist. i'm on medications now and my rheumy advised me to continue taking the glucosamine and my other supplements like omega-3...
