Iím looking for some input on whether or not to get an MRI of my pelvis to speak to the potential diagnosis of spondyloarthritis. Hereís a brief summary of my medical background:
-40 yo male, active, non-smoker, previously healthy;
-3 years ago, I developed pain in lower mid-abdomen and mid-back described as burning tightness;

Suddenly, I got a severe left hip pain when I got up from the bed to start walking to the bathroom yesterday morning after 7-8 hours' sleep. I always have 'pain' left upper thigh, calf and fingers due to the old age. However, I never had this magnitude pain in any part of my body.

Wanted to know if anyone has has got severe facet arthritis in your lumbar spine and if you has the rhizotomy/ Radio frequency ablation to treat it?
My symptoms are - I cannot stand or sit or walk for few minutes at a time, the pain get so bad that I have to sit and keep rubbing my lower back until it eases.
I also have instability in my SI joint.
