Ankle Fusion

... Has anyone had their ankle fused because of arthritis? It has been suggested by two doctors that fusion of my subtalar joint(no cartilage left) would benefit me greatly in reducing my pain. Arthritis pain medication does not seem to help. I'm just looking for any success or non-success stories with this kind of surgery. (15 replies)
