... Thanks Moldova. Today is such a bad day for me. The pain is unbearable. The nausea is tolerable with the Zofran. As far as how the bad the RA is...I guess that what I feel is BAD..she feels is mild. She gives me something for pain but I have a fear of getting addicted so I don't take it. ... (6 replies)
... Pred is only used to stop an acute episode of gout. He should be on colchicine to stop more attacks. And he needs to get his uric acid levels down. Gout is not inflammatory...it is a crystal formation disease and those bumps you see a tophi developing. ... (4 replies)

... une but still don't for sure what...RA maybe. I also have Fibro but that isn't effected by Pred. Anyway, my Rheumy put me on Pred at 20 mg daily and on the 3rd day I was walking on a cloud!!! It was a miracle. I thought I was going to be like that forever. I felt happy and it just changed my life completely. ... (7 replies)
... Hi Pattyann...yes, Cymbalta can cause a thinning of the blood that can lead to nose bleeds. Tell your doc the next time you go in. It could be the drug or a combination of drugs or it could be just the season. I get nosebleeds during allergy season. ... (2 replies)
